FNAF World 2 is the upcoming official sequel to the 2016 spin-off game FNAF World. Instead of the classic jump scares and survival horror mechanics that made the main series famous, this sequel returns to an action-packed RPG (role-playing game) format.
Players will be able to build teams using their favorite animatronics, explore colorful digital worlds, fight bizarre enemies, and uncover hidden lore secrets.
Who Is Developing FNAF World 2?
Developer Mega Cat Studios is leading the creation of the sequel under the supervision of Scott Cawthon. This isn’t Mega Cat Studios’ first time working with the franchise. The original FNAF World launched in early 2016 to mixed reviews. Scott Cawthon felt the initial release was rushed, so he temporarily removed the game from Steam, refunded players, and later re-released it as a completely free update packed with extra content.
